Hose Repair Squeeze Tools

Sterling has provided squeeze tools to customers since 2012 and we have tried almost every squeeze tool available on the market for layflat hoses.  The first squeeze tools that we made used lead screws to apply pressure to the hose.  Although they were successful, they were also difficult to use under high pressures.  Our next version was very successful and heavy-duty jacks were used.  Many of the new hydraulic systems have adapted this design.  We have a few hydraulic versions available for your consideration.

The advantages of hydraulic systems are the safety features that allow operators to maintain a safer distance while operating the squeeze tools.

We would be glad to provide more information, schedule a demonstration, and get you a set to use immediately. We have Squeeze Tools in stock and ready to use. Currently, we have squeeze tools that handle up to 12” hoses, and we are working on a new generation that will handle 16” hoses.
